Conan like movie, girl with jewel in belly button?

I am trying to remember the name of this old movie. I thought it was one of the Conan movies cause it looks just like them , but it has a dark haired lady in it. She is traveling with a group of people and these other people are trying to find a chosen girl that this jewel will fit in her belly button and not come out.  It's weird I know but it's driving me crazy!
