Where can I find USS: VD, ship of Shame?

I'm assuming it's public domain or such, please correct me if that is not true. I'm looking for this out of morbid curiosity, and for something to torture the family with. . .any ideas, it doesn't show up on netflix. . Thanks, Greg.

I'm uncertain if it is public domain.  I have it as part of the "Sex and Buttered Popcorn" set.  If you like compilations of those old, weird little films, it is well worth the purchase.

Albeit, I've found it a royal pain to navigate, & most of the stuff I've found comes in these huge MPEG2 files, but it's free & mostly dedicated to obscure propagandist flicks.
