This afternoon (5:00 PM pacific time) Sci-Fi is showing this movie, real good film in my opinion, sort of "Rear Window" meets sasquatch. Worth a look, even though it's on the Sci-Fi channel it's still pretty good, really liked the end.

I liked this movie, even if it featured the cheesiest Bigfoot ever . . . . When he yanked the girl through the bathroom  wall, I spit my drink out!  Good gore effect for a very cheap movie.  I doubt they'll show that on TV though, as she was nekkid at the time.

I've discovered that when they are unable to delete a nude scene entirely or in part, due to story requirements, or if there is no alternate "clothed" take available, Scifi will just go ahead and show the scene...and blur out the naughty parts. :teddyr:

That said, I remember seeing this once before and liking it. It held my interest fairly well (then again, I'm a Bigfoot geek) and moved at a decent pace...but those monsters sure had retarded faces. :bouncegiggle:

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

Saw this a little while back, had its good and bad moments, and some really bad effects, but thought it showed potential for the director. The music was good, but since it was by the director's father, Lalo Shiffrin, that's kind fo a given.

Yeah, the grab the nude girl scene was a surprise when I saw it, plus it's Tiffany Shepis, who does some good nakedness in movies.
blah blah stuff blah blah obscure pop culture reference blah blah clever turn of phrase blah blah bad pun blah blah bad link blah blah zzzz.....

I just saw this last week and really enjoyed it. Tiffany Shepis does do some fine nudity and death scenes. Perfect women really for any B-movie fan :tongueout:

I'm a Bigfoot/Sasquatch geek too, have been since I first read about Bigfoot in the 60's. There is a documentary of sorts by Landsberg productions, "Manbeast! Myth or Monster", as you can tell from the title it has got a definite slant in favor of Bigfoot, Yeti, and company, but it's not bad. It includes reenactments of encounters with the big guy. The makeup and special effects were done by Greg Cannom and Rob Botin, Rick Baker also had a hand in the makeup but is not credited on the film. It was filmed in and around the Hood River Valley in Oregon, written and directed by Nicholas Webster, the same man who directed "Santa Claus Conquers the Martians". I got to talk with Mr. Webster at a special screening of this film for the cast and crew, he seemed to take the idea of Bigfoot seriously, but he could have been just promoting the film. As far as I know it's only been shown on TV late at night and some of the reenactments were used on the series "In Search of". If any of you are fortunate enough to see this film you will see my wife, Poogie, in her one and only movie role, in the reenactments she's the mother Sasquatch. I must admit that because of this I have a definite bias for this film.
