I have got to stop loaning out my movies   :hatred:
There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far~ ruminations

Someone left the goats out in the rain,
and I sure hope that they can take it
There's a barn if they can make,
and if not they will just get wet again.

OH NO!!!!

(sung to the tune of "MacArthur Park")
"I shall smite you in the nostrils with a rod of iron, and wax your spleen with Efferdent!!"

Mr. DS

I need to figure out how to stop a three year old from bed wetting. Any advice?

It might actually be physiological, and something that the child simply can't control.  Bladders sometimes grow more slowly than the rest of the body.
If you want to view paradise . . . simply look around and view it!

Thats what I'm thinking.  We try to get him up twice a night and if we're on time he'll go.  But if not, its laundry for the sheets and a shower for him in the morning.  Oh well, we'll keep trying.

yep, Allhallowsday is correct.. Lots of children have this problem and he will start waking up and going to the bathroom.. eventually. He is only 3 so I wouldn't be too concerned.  I'm sure you are limiting his fluid at night and having him use the bathroom before bed, other than that, there isn't a whole lot you can do.

Have you tried pull ups for him to wear at night? It will protect the bed and keep him from waking up soaking wet.

I'm thinking the same thing.  There are products that are a cross between underwear and diapers.

We did the whole pull up thing for a long time but figured he'd be ready for the next step.  But as mentioned he isn't quite ready.   IOW, we'll have to pick up some more pull ups.
