These things absolutely BLOW. Basically they're small gobs of awfulness that stick to your tonsils until they decide to pop out. I've considered getting my tonsils out but don't want to face the recovery process. So for now I have to deal with the crap. They are painfull and downright irritating. Sometimes you can get them out with your finger but usually you end up puking thanks to the good old gag reflex.

Yep Paula, kind of like that but smaller than that boulder. I just blasted the back of my throat with my water pic. It hurt like hell, didn't move much of anything but it felt kind of nice.
