Ok ok ok.. pardon my blanket statement, let me revise: Many other versions that I have heard are, in my opinion, stupid.  Such as the "Elf" version, if only because it was in Elf, no offense to anyone's sing voice, the Martina McBride version where her voice is inserted into the Dean Martin version bothers me, and there's another version, I'm not sure who sings it, but the woman gets all breathy and chatty towards the end and you can hear the saliva smacking around in her mouth, I don't like that one either.  I don't believe I've had the pleasure of hearing the Ray Charles/Betty Carter version, and I'm sure your karaoke version is not stupid, and I'll even venture to say it's probably awesome.

You are forgiven.    Did that version make it into the ELF movie?  If so, it made no impression on me.
