I bought an entire smoked trout, not just a segment, and am in the process of eating it. They were having a sale. It's very good but my house smells like an igloo now

The TV show "How It's Made" is one of the funnest things to do an MST3K job on.

The rumor mill for the next episode of "Star Wars"  will continue to run hot and heavy till the film is released sometime next year. The latest rumor has this episode "Episode 7" concentrating on the continuing adventures of Luke, Leia, and Han. Which makes sense.

All 3 actors have agreed to reprise their roles in the new film.
It will reintroduce the characters.
And it leaves two or more films for the adventures of the next generation of characters.

If the rumor is true, then look for Han to be killed off. At least, Harrison Ford in the past has asked for a death scene for his character.

And we shall see what we shall see.

Today when I heard Philip Seymour Hoffman was dead, I suddenly remembered a remark my cousin made to me a few weeks before she went into rehab for her cocaine use back about the fall of 2000. She was watching Boogie Nights and she pointed at Hoffman onscreen and said, "That guy's an addict." I asked why she said that and she said, "You know how gay people can always sort of spot gay people? Well we addicts always know one another." Until today I had completely forgotten about that. Sad news, his passing. He played irritating characters often as not, but he played them with noticeable skill. Poor man.

Why are people always texting each other?  Do they not want to actually talk to the person, or do they figure everyone is so busy that they don't have one whole minute to chat?
