I came across a wholesale DVD/CD/software site, and they have a number of good or interesting DVDs for pretty cheap.  I'm pretty sure you can find a lot of them in the 5 dollar bin at Wal-Mart, or at Big Lots, but there's some unique stuff here.  It's a little difficult to navigate since there aren't obvious film categories (if you go to the advanced search you can select genres, though).

Highlights that I've found:

Signs of Life - a great Werner Herzog film for $7.50 (normally it's sold for around $20)
G. I. Samurai - $3
The Shogun's Samurai - $3
Shogun's Ninja - $4
The Devil Commands - $3
Camp Blood Trilogy - looks horrible, but it's 2 bucks
Calamari Wrestler - $3
How to Make a Monster - $3
How Awful About Allan - $2.50
Gladiator 3 disc edition - $5
Dario Argento's Phantom of the Opera - $2.50
Critters 2, 3 and 4 - $4 each
Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight/Bordello of Blood - $3
Asylum Erotica -- supposed to be a giallo with Klaus Kinski - $3
Psycho Cop Returns - $2.50
Reptilian - $2.50
Sanitarium - This is supposed to be based on the excellent PC game.  I'm sure it's goofy, but I think I might get it.  It's $2.50
Scream Bloody Murder/El Chupacabra - $3
A double dose of pain: Jacob Two Two Meets the Hooded Fang/Return to Frogtown - $2.50 (but a frightening risk!)
Spider - $3
Shenandoah - $3
Shocker - $3

Here're some odd looking ones:

Crazy Lips and its sequel Gore From Outer Space
Spoiler

I think their shipping costs are based on weight, but it says shipping starts at $3.00.
