I've just discovered coconut oil as a beauty aid.  I've always had pretty good skin, but now it's just fabulous!  If I break out, the blemishes are gone in a couple of days and any rosacea I had is now non-existent.  I can even use it as a hair treatment to stop the frizzies and keep my long curly hair in check.  Now my skin is the softest it's ever been.

Plus, it's cheap and lasts pretty much forever.  So now I can stop buying my expensive moisturiser and just use one product for everything.
