Sci-fi flick about a haunted kitchen, crazy mom, and some kids

Can anybody tell me the name of this movie I saw a couple years ago on the Sci-fi channel? This is what I remember about the film:

-A boy (18 years old maybe) lived with a few siblings and his crazy mom.
-He had a girlfriend who worked in a deli, bakery, or some sort of small shop.
-The kitchen in his house was very messy and haunted or something was wrong with it. It was always making weird noises.
-His mom was crazy and always cooking up crazy stuff in the kitchen. Maybe she was putting weird things in the soup (like dead people), I can remember.
-This movie was set in the present.
-I think the word "Kitchen" was in the title of the movie, but I might be wrong.

The main character was a teenager, he worked at a small restaurant with his girlfriend, and the mom (Denise Crosby) went nuts towards the end and made the kids sit down to dinner in the kitchen, where she served them some extremely icky chow.
