crazy doctor + needle in the neck

Hi!  I've been wondering about these two movies for YEARS.  I don't remember much about them.

1.

I think it was a horror movie from the 80s, the only part I remember is an old man, a teenage girl with blond hair, and a younger girl with brown hair.  The old man is telling the blond teenage girl that only a virgin can destroy (whatever evil thing is in the movie), and the blond girl tells him "But I'm not a virgin!"  And then the old man realizes the young girl will have to do whatever it is the blond girl can't do because she's not a virgin.

For a long time I thought the blond girl was Lynn-Holly Johnson from Watcher in the Woods, but now I'm not so sure, because I can't find any movies like that listed for her on imdb.


2. 

I'm thinking this might have been an episode of the new Twilight Zone or some other TV show, but it might have been a movie, I'm not sure.  Pretty sure it's from the 80s.  All I remember is that there is this evil, crazy older doctor, and he chases down this brown-haired teenage girl/woman in an alley.  She ends up tied to a table (in a warehouse maybe?), and he bends her neck back and injects this huge needle in the neck.


Yeah, that's about all I remember about either of them.  Thanks for any help!

Haha, I youtubed it and found that part, and I'm laughing so hard.  Thank you!  That's one mystery out of the way.  Out of everything in that movie, I don't know why that one part stuck with me all these years. :)
