Did a little research on her.  She's a standup comedian/actress named Stephanie Courtney and she's much more cute without the makeup IMHO.

Here's some beer commercials that had everybody in Canada doing impressions a few years back. Don't know what it is about angry Scots, but they seem to pop up in commercials here again and again. This particular guy is Rob Smith. I've never met him, but he's my wife's cousin's ex-husband.

Unfortunately, these commercials were promptly pulled when the cops hauled Smith in and charged him with having, shall we say, some provocative images on his hard drive. Keith's was right to drop him like a hot potato (imagine their horror), but their advertising campaigns haven't been the same since.
