Gamestop has a bad habit of selling your stuff even if you reserved and actually put money on it.

They've done that to me a couple of times. One was when I had reserved Metal Slug Anthology for the PS2 only for it to be pushed back something like 4 months. I didn't even know they had finalized the date as Gamestop didn't call me or anything.

I found out on a gaming site that it had finally come out and when I went to get my "reserved" copy they had sold it to someone else.  Morons.................

Oh yeah, I was going to post something about myself going to midnight releases.

It depends on them but since I work 3:30 to midnight Mon-Fri it makes a lot of sense for me to go to a midnight showing of a movie for instance as I'm up that time at home anyway.

I went recently to the midnight showings of The Incredible Hulk, The Dark Knight, Indy 4 and Wanted.

I've seen a ton of movies at midnight showings but I don't do that much hardly anymore for games, CD's or whatever.  If the local Wally World has a particular DVD or CD out of the floor by the time I've gotten off work on a Monday, I'll swing by there and grab it along with groceries or whatever.
