May be a milquetoast way to end compared to some, but I present the titular creature from Project Metalbeast as #100.

If you've seen An American Werewolf in London or the Howling series you'll know that lycans are quite good at killing humans. Metalbeast is no exception, except this werewolf is played by Kane Hodder and, in the latter half of the film is equipped with near-impenetrable steel-skin (And, in one scene, Wolverine claws), making him an even better killer of humans!
