I'll assuming the movie came out after Nightmare on elm street 3 (1987)... most likely 1988/1990... It seems a hard find movie (currently) since a simple google search for knife glove isnt working... :)

Vidmark has almost 200 moives (more or less, sorry I'm not counting) and no cover pics a guy with a knife glove...
