This one deals with family dysfunction and unusual cravings.

It fits the description somewhat, although that fellow looks way too spiffy to be in an Andy Milligan film.

Ken Russell's THE DEVILS maybe?
I've never seen it, but it's supposed to be mucho depraved.

I love Andy Milligan movies.  He was seriously brain damaged, I think.

No devils, demons (other than personal ones) or possessions in this film.  I'll post a new photo when I get home this evening.  The government frowns on trolling the internet for sick photos.

I admit I was completely stumped by FRIGHTMARE. I've never seen it (and barely even heard of it!) but it's moving to the top of my 'To See' list toot sweet.

A little off-topic, but to follow up on this, Pete Walker, who directed "Frightmare", made some of the sleaziest and savage horror films.  Loaded with sex, violence and blood.  I'd recommend the Pete Walker DVD set as a great introduction to his work.  You can pick it up at Best Buy for around 15 bucks, if you can find it.  Here's the link to the Amazon page for it:
