"Revenge" is good but not it I'm afraid. We're talking a Carradine rather than a Wayne. The film itself was made in 1985.
There are few things more beautiful than a sporting montage with a soft-rock soundtrack

A Carradine?!?
Boy, that certainly narrows it down a bit!

If you're an Andy Milligan fan there's no hope for you.

Taking a wild guess based on that huge hint: Trouble in Mind with Keith Carradine?

I have no ideas for my own contribution, so somebody else can kick off the next round.

You are the winner. Elect a victim.  Pick someone who hasn't posted something or won for a while.

That is impressive.  Most women can't carry off a costume like that, but she's rather fetching in her gilded piano.

Hint #2: It's a exploitation talkie.

I could swear that the girl talking to the other girl in the pool is from "Assassin of Youth," but I don't believe that had two directors.

Good guess.  Alas this (similarly themed) movie came out a few years before ASSASSIN OF YOUTH.

I've seen it, and I believe it was even at a film festival on a big screen.  "Narcotic?"

If I didn't have two kids at my feet who are "disagreeing" about the proper way to build a Lincoln Log house, I would pop upstairs to grab a few DVDs.  There aren't that many that it could be.

I have a feeling Dwain Esper was involved.

*popping over to IMDB to check AKAs*

Don't see any.

Pssst: If it helps any there are SEVEN other movies in the IMDB with this exact same title.  One of them has the lead from ROBOCOP in it.

Hint #3: One of the directors was a woman, or at least has a feminine first name.  She's also credited as (one of) writer.
