Name That Movie - Pictures

To tell the truth I can't really find anything on it, it was made in 1984 in Pennsylvania according to the credits but I beleve it might be a Canadian film. It is not rated by the MPAA nor is there any info on Imdb. I found almost nothing on the internet and most of the info that I could find was in my last post.

This is the good guy he is a spy or something, the actors name is George Diamond.
