Horror Flick w/ Worm Coming Out of Forehead

I'm looking for a horror flick from the 80's I believe.  All I can remember is a giant brain and someone with a worm like thing coming out of their forehead, about the size of a finger.  I also remember a setting similar to a hospital or research facility.
