Unfortunately it's in German.  But the premise of this SpongeBob:
The Krusty Krab was getting ready to close, and a customer comes in to place an order.  Squidward refuses service to him, Mr. Krab gets mad and declares they're now open 24 hours a day.  SpongeBob rejoices, as he loves to work.  Squidward makes up a story to scare SpongeBob, about a deranged killer.  He begins to do things to scare SpongeBob.  Squidward begins to work the night shift, and odd things start happening (weird phone calls, lights flickering, etc) and he thinks it's SpongeBob and this other fish.  Turns out it was Nosferatu.

In the clip, they say: "If that wasn't you on the telephone and you were on the bus, then who's flickering the lights?", at which point it flashes to Nosferatu and they exclaim "Nosferatu!".

I saw this on Nickelodeon a few years back and rejoiced.  I love Nosferatu.
