He won the "Hardcore" title, where everything's legal.  Decided he was 'so hardcore' that he'd defend it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Which led to a lot of funny moments on WWF tv, where he'd be asleep in the hotel and get attacked, or at the airport getting luggage, etc.
