Funny you should post this one RC, i had one up on youtube IO created but they banned the audio because it was copyrighted. grr So (while i can't post the youtube image), click on this link. You may have seen it already, i think i put it on another post awhile ago

Oddly, I've never met anyone who has seen this movie when I've brought it up in conversion. But I love it! Something about it feels so nostalgic and a bit sad. Unlike most teen movies today it seems like they really hit the nail on the head in the late 70's to early 80's with a more realistic version of growing up

i think we've all been to parties like this back in the day. When i was 16 we used to hang out at this guys house who was a singer in a band and often spend the night. He was in his 20's, initially we babysat for him but eventually we just went to hang out. I remember a fight breaking out once, another time it was just just me and my friend there and some random guy came in which we later found out was the mysterious roomate nobody ever saw. His place was like a pad we crashed at, and at the end of the night we would usually hang out on the sofa drinking and smoking the last of the cigarettes watching something like "spinal tap" at 5am as the sun came up. So movies like this sorta bring back memories of that time, that crazy time in my youth that seems like so long ago and another person
