Alien film from the 80's

Trying to fidn the name of an alien film from the 80's. I remember very little about it; children-like aliens who were very cold to the touch. a few humans trying to help them escape. For some reason I am reminded of Star Man but thats not the film. Also it's not Strange invaders. I would really like to find this film even though I remember very little about it. Whatever the name, it was not one of the big hits we all know of.
