If it's true what they say, that GOD created us in His image, then why should we not love creating, and why should we not continue to do so, as carefully and ethically as we can, on whatever scale we're capable of?

So, apparently this was a REAL ad that got a lot of circulation back in World War II. 

They were just REALLY big into rationing gas (I presume) for the war effect and probably less about the environmental impact.

Does seem kind of silly by today's standards though.  Luckily we've evolved since then and wouldn't think of casually throwing around references to Hitler just to make a cheap political point.

(Would have thrown in some examples here, but hopefully, everyone already gets the sarcasm.)
