Hello! Thanks for the help in advance.

Well, I saw the movie a few years ago and when I was a child. I may be mixing it up with another movie, but anyways it's about this older couple that decided to have a child so they went through a fertility doctor, and he put a "special" baby into the wife, she started having weird dreams and strange things started happening. She is in the car during the night driving somewhere and yes the new born baby is some mutated looking monster that is underneath her seat trying to bit her ankles while she is driving. Somehow she ends up at some warehouse and kills whatever the hell it is. This is probably almost as bad as Troll..I don't know I just love really awful movies.

I'm not 100% positive it's The Kindred but I'm pretty sure that's the movie.

The OP wrote, "She is in the car during the night driving somewhere and yes the new born baby is some mutated looking monster that is underneath her seat trying to bit her ankles while she is driving. Somehow she ends up at some warehouse and kills whatever the hell it is."

The car scene fits, but the woman in that scene clearly dies.  Maybe the OP was indeed mixing up movies (confused it with another movie) when they said she ends up at a warehouse and kills the creature.

Now that I think about it, I do seem to remember the final confrontation in The Kindred taking place in a warehouse or other similar type of building.
The entire movie is on Youtube if anyone wants to find out for sure.

The OP's description does not fit "The Kindred" very well.

The infected watermelon grows tentacles and kills the woman (a female friend) who is driving the car.  The final confrontation takes place underneath the old house that is the setting for much of the film, and the basement looks like a large flooded sewer area.  "The Kindred" is more of a film with the male protagonist checking out an old house, I think it was his mother's, and finding that she had been creating monsters.  The house burns down in the end.

I've been meaning to review "The Kindred" for a while, and it's been years since I last saw it.

Possibly I DON'T WANT to BE BORN (1975) with Joan Collins? I had this movie about 15 years ago...
