There's a trick to know the pattern of the falling skull every time. You have to hold Up, B and Select on the title screen while pushing Start. Now in any shop game for every four games, the skull will fall into the 1st cup, then the fourth cup, then the third cup, then the second cup. Get unlimited $$ this way.
