Umaril The Unfeathered

This video is about 10 minutes long, but around 3:30 into the video is where you see Cliff do his thing. He has this incredible bass solo that he does with just his fingers.
The name of the band is Trauma, and they were a Bay Area band.  This show is allegedly the one that got him his gig with Metallica.  Enjoy!

That video you posted reminds me of Linoleum Knife, from ATHF the movie.

Not Safe For Work

I got to see Metallica in 1983 on the Kill Em' All For One Tour when they opened up for NWOBHM legends Raven (another big fave of mine) and I have seen them several times after. Seeing them do "One" live was fantastic-I got to see that on the "Damaged Justice" tour in 1989.  I can't believe that was 20 years ago already.
