Psychiatric aide trainee pleads guilty to teaching patient how to swallow nails

I suffer from bipolar disorder and I have never had the urge to swallow nails or any other object. Nor do I know of any cases where others with the disorder had a desire to do so. I feel the woman's lawyer came up with the claim as an attempt to plea not guilty by reason of insanity but failed. She may or maynot be bipolar but she got the woman to swallow nails because she is a c%^&.
Sorry for the mini rant but years of working in advocacy for persons with mental illness, dealing with abuse cases against them by caretakers, and stereotypes that exist has made me a bit bitter when I see something like this.
