that is a good site actually. the famous people mugshots gallery has got some interesting ones. I never knew paul reubens aka pee-wee herman was arrested in 2002 for child porn offenses? I knew about the famous incident in the cinema one but not that.

A little background on that might help.  Reubens has an enormous collection of erotica (and I do mean erotica - straight up porn, Victorian era erotic writings, erotic art, etc).  He bought some large bulk boxes of things which contained some stuff you might view as questionable, but the police had them in lockup and ended up dropping the child porn charge.  From the look of things, he's a guy who basically got screwed over due to an unusual hobby more than anything.  Wikipedia has a pretty good, well-sourced, summary of the situation.
