Appointment with fear

Hi there, could anyone shed any light on a mystery that's been baffling me & my sister for sometime. Back in the 70's my sister watched something on the TV called "Appointment with fear". I don't paticulary remember it myself, but i remember the title. We can't find any information on this anthology series of the 70's, did it maybe come out with a different title in the US ? My sister's memory is sketchy but the opening titles had horror type images of frankenstein & the mummy, with a "zub zub" type sound for the music. Anyone any clues ? i have it,i believe i bought it from an aussie seller on ebay,although it might have been one of my uk sellers. great series!
