i am addicted to mountain dew....prob. the highest caffine you can get.  I don't have any after 6pm and go with decaf tea.

hubby was on 'turbo ice' (w/espresso) coffee w/extra sugar for a while.  since the new year he has gone to 1 cup a day/no extra sugar and uses splenda.  drinking decaf tea and minimum (1 or 2) of diet caff. free pepsi.  he's feeling a little better, so he is sticking with it.
