I had six clients today: I am tired. Now I'm not going to walk to the bus, I'm taking a taxi home, bugger it.  :tongueout:

What the taxi?

If we ever hear you have been arrested, Trevor, we now know why.

I meant to say that I would be getting a taxi / cab home, not stealing the thing to get home.

Roll on September when I can get another car.

We went to a pizza place for Father's Day and now I'm dying of thirst.

Umaril Has Returned

In mourning....one of my 2 cats, Butterfly passed away sometimes last night. I found her dead in her sleep this morning. She had recently gotten over an infection and checked out okay at the vet's office, but she may have died from being worn out from fighting it. She was very old to begin with, and the vet warned us that at her age (14) that natural cuases could come into play.

I found her as a stray about 2 years ago, and took some time to domesticate her, but she moved in on my porch and into my heart. Anyhow, the loss of a pet isn't something we ALL haven;t been through, so I'll stop here and try to remember the Butterfly of better times.   :bluesad:  :bluesad:  :bluesad:

Thanks to you and the others who chimed in. Wish I had a good picture of her so I could post it here.  She looked like some sort of tabby-calico mix. Very pretty. Please excuse the somewhat down attitude that may exist in other replies, this is a direct influence on it. I'll be better sometime soon, promise

My sincerest condolences Umaril, I certainly understand.  When our last kitty got real old and we had to have her put to sleep it was the saddest day of my life.

Just think of all the good times you had together and what a happy life Butterfly had.  That seemed to help for me at least.
