I mean we have tag teams who are mostly known for that (Road Warriors, Dudleys) but we have others in which there was a very successful singles wrestler and a less successful one (Rockers, Hart Foundation) yet the tag teams deserve much recognition too and we have teams where there was two successful singles grapplers (Briscoes, Funks) and makeshift tag team who were successful. Where do we draw the line on who's included? Demolition Ax was also the Masked Superstar so should both gimmicks be nominated or only one? Hmm to keep things consistent seems to me it's perhaps best to concentrate on one wrestler at a time but hey I could probably be convinced otherwise too.

I'm not sure how that'd work.  You have some teams that were almost exclusively teams, least for a while: Edge and Christian, Hardy Boyz, The Acolytes, New Age Outlaws, DX (HBK and HHH).  Then they eventually separataed for singles success.

Then you got some teams: Kaientai, Rock and Roll Express, Dudley Boyz, Nasty Boyz, Legion of Doom, Public Enemy who exclusively competed together for the most part and had tremendous success. 

Then there's teams who had success, but were thrown together cause they were two successful stars who worked well together: The Two-Man Power Trip (HHH and Steve Austin), The Rock and Sock Connection (Foley and The Rock), Benoit and Jericho, Sting and Lex Luger, The Mega Powers (Hogan and Savage), The Brothers of Destruction (Undertaker and Kane), and so on.

And some of ECW's teams were good too: The Eliminators, The Gangstas, Public Enemy, The BWO, Ian and Axl Rotten.

I'd say if we included a team, you'd have to focus more on what they accomplished as a team while they were together, and forgo the singles success out of it.

I like Darksider's idea of a separate Tag Team thread...plenty of teams out there you could use for it even going back to the days of the Fabulous Kangaroos (perhaps the best ever), Antonio Rocca & Miguel Perez, the Grahams and the Miller Brothers.
