I hope that everyone had a safe and happy 4th.  Jenna twirled in the town parade, and we had a combination birthday party for Garrett and 4th of July cookout with friends and family.  After chasing fireflies, the kids watched fireworks out of the boys' bedroom window until almost 10pm (at which point, mommy and daddy told them to go to sleep).

We spent most of Monday catching up on cleaning up and doing laundry and other needed tasks.
