I'll be waiting in the pumpkin patch this year again for the Great Pumpkin to rise.

Got the front of the house decorated over the weekend.  Here is my oldest hanging out with his grandmother...just kidding.   :teddyr:

Might be listening to the Christmas music.  Think it was last year that around 5 stations went All-Christmas, officially kicking off Halloween Day at 3.   :buggedout:

Nothing like watching Jason Voorhees going on a massacre as Burl Ives is belting out "Holly Jolly Christmas" in the background. :bouncegiggle:
"The path to Heaven runs through miles of clouded Hell."

Don't get too close, it's dark inside.

I might be able to get a gorilla suit. :tongueout:
yeah no.

The stores here were playing Christmas music on Halloween last year. Sheez!!!! Can't they at least wait until mid-November?

The week of Halloween...
Six Flags FrightFest! Nothing like being launched 140mph on KingdaKa at night.

On Halloween, I hope to watch some scary movies with my GF.
Don't know of any (Night of the Demons) Halloween parties yet, I wish.

I just bought the robe I'll need for my plague doctor costume (I'm an okay sculpter, but sewing machines and I don't agree for whatever reason. I could sew it by hand...if I had that kind of time). With that out of the way, I just need to make the mask (shouldn't be hard), get some leather shoes/boots, and find a poking stick. For added historical accuracy, I'm going to actually put some herbs in the beak of the mask. No matter how this all turns out, at least it'll smell really nice in there.

I just finished making a CD full of music that I feel captures a Halloween/Fun/Horror mood. I can't wait to play it on Halloween night!

20 songs total with a total running time of 79 minutes and 56 seconds.

Song-list in playing order:

1. Running Wild in the Streets - W.A.S.P.

2. Slime Creatures from Outer Space - Weird Al Yankovic

3. Cries in the Night - W.A.S.P.

4. Widowmaker- W.A.S.P.

5. Don't Fear the Reaper - Blue Oyster Cult

6. Theme to The Munsters - Instrumental cover version by unknown artist

7. Replicas - Gary Numan

8. Ding Dong (The Witch is Dead) - Klaus Nomi

9. Tatoo Vampire - Blue Oyster Cult

10. Fire of Unknown Origin - Blue Oyster Cult

11. Death on Two Legs - Queen

12. Burnin' for You - Blue Oyster Cult

13. Down in the Park - Gary Numan

14. The Twist - Klaus Nomi

15. Sole Survivor - Blue Oyster Cult

16. After Dark - Blue Oyster Cult

17. Joan Crawford - Blue Oyster Cult

18. Hall of the Mountain Grill - Hawkwind

19. I Love the Night - Blue Oyster Cult

20. Into the Fire - Dokken

I had a lot more music, but I'm putting it onto a 2nd CD for 2 reasons:

1. I'm waiting for 3 new CDs to arrive in the mail with some songs I'd like to add.

2. I ran out of room on the first CD.

I'd love to hear any thoughts. One thing I definitely feel is I have too much W.A.S.P. in the very beginning.

I did something like this once.  I had some of the songs you listed, but also had:
Nature Trail to Hell In 3D by "Weird Al" Yankovic
Halloween and Die Die My Darling by The Misfits
I Put A Spell on You by Screamin Jay Hawkins
Stagger Lee and Red Right Hand by Nick Cave
Rock Lobster by The B-52s
"The path to Heaven runs through miles of clouded Hell."

Don't get too close, it's dark inside.

Not much really, I'm going to get a William Shatner mask, take a kitchen knife, steal a doctor's car and head for a place called Haddonfield.

Watch out for those psychiatrists. They can really put a cramp in your style.

I've decided I'll go as Beavis and get my costume either today or tomorrow.
I'll spend Sunday night at home watching slasher flicks and doling out candy.  I'll probably get a few kids for once, since I now live at a house and not an apartment where I almost never got kids.
