I had some physical abuse as a kid (hitting) but not as much as the mental from my father.  He had those same vitriolic,  condescending and verbal razors that remind you of Keith Olbermann, only he would yell and scream when it came down to it. Don't wanna talk about it any more, but just to tell you you're not alone, my friend.
