For those who didn't  know it, the white haired balding guy in the video is J. Michael Straczinski, the creator of Babylon 5 . Captain Power was one of his first TV writing job.  He also worked on He-man and the Masters of the Universe, and the Real Ghost Busters.

This is interesting, because they could transform this into pretty decent show
