Hey didn't I just have a topic only moments ago about another shark film?  Man, sharks are really in thing in the killer creature circuit!

According to the official description I got from Amazon, it said the following:

Makes ''Jaws'' look like ''Flipper''!

I haven't seen the film but I call shenanigans on that remark!

An offshore drilling accident triggers the release of a giant prehistoric shark.

I saw that film, it was called Megalodon.

What a cast!

Kat tries to find a way to defeat the monster which has evolved to a state where it can walk on dry land and fly...it's the SUPER SHARK!

The shark can fly?!  Well that is totally new for killer shark films!

So... what you guys think?  Quality film making or another silly CGI shark fest?

I saw the title of this movie and thought "wow, finally - after all of these years of killing people in movies, one shark has finally decided to give back to the world and fight crime as 'Super Shark'", but no luck.  Oh well, at least we had the Street Sharks...

Yes, and it looks based on a WW2 Sherman M1A2. Like I said, it's wonderfully insane.

While it does look like it could have/should have been a Syfy Original, alas, it was not.  It went straight to DVD.  Still waiting for my copy to arrive.  Amazingly Amazon sold out.

And who's the female lead? She definitely looks familiar...

I think it's Sarah Lieving who was also in Mega Shark vs Crocosaurus (2010).

The piranha don't fly, but they are invulnerable, they can leap tall buildings in a single bound, and they sometimes explode!
