wow, that could be it. can't find the trailer. there's one video on YT that could be the trailer but it's blocked for me.

got it... well I'm 90% sure that's the same voice, and he says "they are the thrillseekers" (not "here"), and he says "corrupt and immoral", but not the rest of the quote.

but that's good enough IMO.. it must be from that film, except presumably a different version of the trailer.

I recognise the director's name, doris wishman, she also directed the chesty morgan films. (not proud that I know that lol)
