are there any movies gorier than this one? guts and more guts. this movie is kind of a comedy though. silly and over the top, but really fun. not much story,  this is a good one to watch with a group of people just to see there reactions.

I think that this movie is the King Of GORE.

There are some that come close but not close enough.

Dead Alive (aka Brain Dead) Has to be one of the Head Dogs when it comes to mindless gore.
But Gorey-Over The Top-Comedies? Try "Story Of Riki-Oh (Or Ricki)", that is a HILARIOUSLY over the top movie that's easily in my top ten favourite films.

Here's part one (I can't post links yet, so just copy this at the end of the Youtube homepage:

The whole film can be found on youtube

If i can think of anymore, ill let you know buddy

I'd say any Miike picture can give Dead/Alive a run for its money, but the humor is missing.  Still all of them are great audience-reaction pictures, for sure.

Hammock Rider

I've never seen a movie that combines gore and humor as well as this one.

I tend to describe it to people as "Evil Dead starring Hugh Grant instead of Bruce Campbell."

With that said, I love this movie. There's some great monster effects there.

This movie is one of the greatest ever and also features one of the single best lines in movie history.

No offense, but it has already been reviewed on The B-Movie Website already. Great film!

Dead-Alive is an awesome movie!  Hard to believe it was directed by the same guy who spewed out that horrible remake of King Kong.
