A female who was a cop or a vigilante of some kind
The lead was some one who maybe was a
Prostitute or homeless .. She was bad ass
She kind of reminded me if Michelle Forbes
But I don't think it was her.. It's driving me nuts
I also remember her going to a video
Arcade or something .. I don't think
It's the avenging angel movie
