Animated film; man in railways station, limp, briefcase containing rainbow.

There's not much more i remember. A foreign animated short film about a crippled man hobbling his way through a desolate train station trying to catch the last train out. Just as he reaches the platform and the train is leaving he catches on a something, drops his case, it opens up and reveals a rainbow that gets blown away by the wind.

It's haunting, horrible and yet so incredible.

Hopefully someone knows what i'm talking about.
