Post-apocalyptic movie involving nazis (sort-of)

Today it suddenly came to my mind, for no apparent reason, a movie I saw 15 to 20 years ago on the italian TV about a guy (maybe the typical blond, curly haired muscled half-naked hero from the eighties) traveling in a wasteland and visiting some weird towns. Each town had its own "government": one was surely ruled by guys and girls (or maybe just girls) dressed as nazis, while in another one there was always some party, where people dressed in an elegant way drank and had fun until they turned to vampires or monsters and then feast on the newcomers.

I'm not sure if there was any "big villain" in this movie, but if there was I'm pretty sure it turned out to be quite useless by the first half of the movie, when the story focused more on the weird places visited by the hero.

The movie could have been from the eighties or from the late seventies, and it could have been produced almost everywhere in the world (but I won't be surprised if it turns out to be by an italian director... we made a lot of "s**tty" movies in those days!).

Hope someone can help me find out the title, based on these messy memories...!

Since you didn't mention the ocean I'm guessing it's not Surf Nazis Must Die.

No ocean: as far as I remember the setting was mostly desertic...
Actually, I keep remembering more details: in the beginning maybe the movie looked like some medieval-fantasy flick, with sword or bows as weapons, then, when the nazi-looking people appear, it's made almost clear that the setting is not fantasy, but from a post-apocalyptic world.
Moreover, the nazis have a symbol that closely remembers the swastika (black symbol over a white circle on red background) but it's not a swastika...

Anyway, thank you: you reminded me that I have to watch Surf Nazis Must Die...

Unfortunately it was not Endgame... But fortunately enough I find the right movie in the website you linked!
The movie was "She": the nazis maybe weren't in the movie, but commies were, and vampires too!
Check this film out, if you haven't yet: it's great!
