There are a lot of things like this going on. I get emails weekly that offer payments, sometimes pretty impressive amounts, to post provided articles or to write articles. I have been asked before about promoting certain viewpoints for pay. All of these separate from movies, though included in a review or as an article associated with a review.

wow, I suppose it goes without saying that you don't take them up on their offers (right?  ), but I'm actually surprised it obviously happens and that there's people out there trying to do this

even if this stuff does go on, my initial suspicion is that the post here is fake anyway.  it reads very similarly to this ridiculous 'insider confession' about how gangsta rap was deliberately invented by the government (!)
