If I tried to enter any of the yards in the area I live in, the only thing I would take away would be a bum full of shotgun pellets.  :buggedout: :buggedout:

My wife and I go to yard sales once in awhile, but I rarely find any "treasures."  My wife recently got some great stuff for the house (dishes and stuff) really cheap at an estate sale.  An old woman had died and her relatives basically opened the house to the public and allowed people to walk through and pull things out of closets and cabinets.  They sold everything cheap to get rid of it and just about everything was in excellent condition.

I'm a rabid yard saler/thrift shopper.   I love unique stuff for collecting and I also flip a ton of items online as a part time job/hobby.

I went to a yard sale last year, this dude was liquidating his late father's comic/figure collection.   I bought an in the pack He-Man Sorceress figure for $2 and sold it for $150.   My latest big thrift shop find was a doll from the movie Twilight, bought for $6, sold for $175.

Most recentely I picked up a Jason Voorhees hockey jersey from the local thrift shop for $4.  I'm keeping that of course.   Ubber win IMHO.
