Playing "got your nose" and really does pull off her nose

A Dad was playing "got your nose" with his daughter and really did end up pulling off her nose.  The Dad was arguing with the Mom and it took a few seconds for them to notice that their daughter was screaming while blood was gushing out of her face.  I think this was supposed to be comical in context.
