Alien from the Moon?

Okay, I saw a trailer for the this movie earlier this year on a random, "most obscure horror movies" video on youtube. It is about a guy, who is apparently crazy, living in this decaying apartment. He claims that he is an alien bug from the moon. There is a scene where he looks in the mirror and sees a colorful fly-like creature. This movie is not The Fly (c'mon man, I've seen that movie a millions times) and it is certainly not K-Pax (that's not even horror). I have a feeling that it's a European movie and is relatively new (in the 00's-10's).

This movie looks awesome and would appreciate any help remembering its 'effing name!
