Moontrap on DVD!

Every now and then I search for a few DVDs that I have nearly given up on being released.  Today that paid off.  Amazon is showing that Moontrap will be released on Blu-ray and DVD in November!  Woohoo!  Bad killer robot movie cheese starring Walter Koenig and Bruce Campbell!

It's been out on DVD & Blu-ray in Germany since April. However, the (one man) company PCE who released Moontrap slathered the movie in DNR making it unwatchable. It will be interesting to see how Olive Films are gonna handle the U.S. Moontrap release. Hopefully they won't use the same DNR master which PCE claims is the only existing one.
