House that eats people!

I vaguely remember this, I'm fairly certain it was animated and from the 60's or 70's. Pretty sure it was a movie. It was about a guy that got a letter in the mail with an address to a house. Upon arriving at the address the house would eat him and later you discover that the house was actually writing letters and mailing them to people to lure them so it can eat them too.

Anyone know the name of this?
