Has anyone ever been to a cabin in the woods with male and female friends?

Oh yeh, my oldest friend and I used to go to her uncle's house in the Poconos.  We eventually had a Halloween party there.  Octagon shaped, with a stereo (uhm another story) one large living space with a kitchen, bathroom, and sunken living area with king sized bed and fireplace... and we burned a lot there.  There was a befouled downstairs with two rooms and another moldy bath I think... built into the side of a hill, below had once been flooded... there was a deck all around outside, the house had sliding glass doors on 3 or 4 sides and that Halloween weekend, probably in the wee hours Halloween morning, out on that deck I heard an owl hoot hooting in the woods all around us... what a cool creepy house (once there was a squirrel in the house when we were in the bed fireside... )

I've done it before but it was boring. At night I couldn't see anything. The best part was being in an area where nobody is around to bother you with their stupid bs. I liked being away from all the loud, obnoxious people I encounter everyday.
